Date: November 7 – November 8, 2016
The Baltic Sea Innovation Lab will be a two day event.
Race For The Baltic and the Baltic Sea City Accelerator is holding the Innovation Lab on November 7th and 8th to accelerate action to clean up the Baltic Sea and build a prosperous region. Working with our Pioneer Cities to go to action is a key step in the Baltic Sea City Accelerator.
November 7 – The Roundtables
On November 7 we host three roundtables, addressing three of the initiatives our Pioneer cities are taking to action.
Themes at this event:
– Cost-effective Solutions for Individual Sewers
– Sludge to resource
– Data Transparency
At each session, we will hear from thought leaders and cities on their specific challenges. Then peer cities, partners and experts will get a chance to roll up your sleeves and come up with concrete feedback for each city to help them accelerate their initiatives.
November 8 – Financing your initiative
On Tuesday November 8th cities can workshop initiatives and discuss what the next steps will be. There will be opportunities to meet with the BSCA-network of cities, partners and experts to get tailored advice and create collaboration around cities initiatives. Some background to financing the initiatives will be given and opportunities to discuss this in breakout groups.
