Race For The Baltic works within the European project named PortSHAZ – Improving cargo handling in local ports for reducing environmental hasards.

This project is realised within the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2014-2020

Its aim is the development of new green technologies for improving cargo handling in seaports and establishing a sustainable knowledge framework related to cost-effective methods for minimising the leakage of dry bulk cargo during port operations.

PortSHAZ is implemented in the international partnership, which consists of Port of Elbląg (Poland), Race For The Baltic (Sweden) and Coastal Research and Planning Institute (Lithuania)."
