We are now looking for a Project Management Intern who wants to be part of our journey during spring 2025. Your role will be to work together with our project managers in international projects working for a healthier Baltic Sea. Your educational background is not decisive; instead, we value your enthusiasm and drive.
What will I do and learn during the internship?
As an intern at Race For The Baltic, you will support the team in daily tasks. We are a small, close-knit team working on projects across various areas. Therefore, your responsibilities will vary from day to day. This may include:
Provide research support to project managers on topics related to specific projects.
Take a supporting role in communicating with stakeholders in the private and public sector.
Assisting in implementing and following up on various field-testing activity.
Take initiative and suggest ideas for how tasks can be accomplished.
Plan and participate in events.
Writing articles, newsletters, and social media posts
Requirements and qualifications
Bachelor's level students are the minimum requirement, but Master's level students are preferred.
The opportunity to complete the internship within the scope of your studies.
An academic background in biology, chemistry, marine biology, agronomy, or another natural science is preferred but not required.
Fluency in Swedish is required, proficiency in English is required. Fluency in either Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian or Polish is a plus.
Skills
We believe you are a self-driven, detail-oriented person with a cooperative mindset.
A good understanding of and interest in sustainability issues gained through studies, previous work, or personal involvement.
Comfortable in PowerPoint and Excel is necessary.

Internship Period: Spring 2025, with a preference for a full-term internship (30 credits), although other preferred durations may be specified in your application.
Workplace: Our team is based at iOffice in Stockholm. There is some flexibility for remote work.
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship and should be undertaken as part of your studies.
